Sample Development, for simple designs where you have a clear idea of what you want, samples can be ready in as little as 2-3 weeks. For more intricate designs, the design process may take 3-4 months, with an actual sample ready around the 5th or 6th month. The clearer and more specific your vision, the faster and easier the process will be.

Bulk Orders:Production time depends on the order size and complexity, which will be discussed once the sample is approved.

For simple packaging designs, the fee is $100. For complex designs, the fees may be higher, and if multiple physical samples are required, additional design fees may apply.

For complex designs: Fees may be higher due to additional back-and-forth revisions. If the estimated cost of developing your project exceeds $600, we may require a $200 retainer to secure the project with us.

Yes! We highly recommend creating a sample before moving forward with bulk production.

If there is any defect in the jewelry within 30 days of receiving your shipment, we will gladly accept a return. You can choose to receive either a replacement shipment or a credit refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry place and avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions. Clean it regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

We specialize in silver and brass for our jewelry pieces, and often incorporate beautiful accents like cubic zirconia, colored corundum, crystals, simulated glass gemstones, enamel, and custom logo stamping. For pins and keychains, we primarily use alloy and brass, often enhanced with enamel ink for a polished, colorful finish. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail and made to reflect your brand’s unique style.
